orders require a physical purchase order via email or fax with method of
payment indicated/provided. Orders for in-stock blank goods usually ship
24-48 hours on standard business days. We are not responsible for errors
submitted on your purchase orders. Payment may be made using MasterCard,
Visa, American Express, Cashiers Check, Bank Transfer or NET 30 with
approved credit.
Please check all blank merchandise before decorating. We will not
accept printed, embroidered, or altered merchandise. We will not accept
returns for orders past 30 days. Once merchandise leaves our warehouse,
we are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier.

Samples:
Sample

pricing plus freight. Blank samples are returnable within 30 days of
date of shipment. Preproduction samples will be produced upon request
and charged at sample cost plus setup charge plus freight and are not
returnable. Virtual Samples are produced upon request and are FREE of
charge. We are not responsible for errors submitted on your purchase
orders.

Custom Imports:

Custom
import production times vary from 8 to 12 weeks depending on fabrication
and specific detailing on the product. Custom imports are FOB TX. A
Purchase Order and a 50% deposit is required on all custom import
orders. Preproduction sample fee of $1000 (A) may apply. Preproduction
sample fees are credited towards final order if approved.
