Samples:

Sample orders required a physical purchase order via email or fax with method of payment indicated/provided. Samples are available at 1st column pricing plus freight. Blank samples are returnable within 30 days of date of shipment. Preproduction samples will be produced upon request and charged at sample cost plus setup charge plus freight and are not returnable. Virtual Samples are produced upon request and are FREE of charge. We are not responsible for errors submitted on your purchase orders.

Orders:

All orders require a physical purchase order via email or fax with method of payment indicated/provided. Orders for in-stock blank goods usually ship 24-48 hours on standard business days. We are not responsible for errors submitted on your purchase orders. Payment may be made using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Cashiers Check, Bank Transfer or NET 30 with approved credit. Please check all blank merchandise before decorating. We will not accept printed, embroidered, or altered merchandise. We will not accept returns for orders past 30 days. Once merchandise leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier.

Custom Imports: (Min 500pcs)

Custom import production times vary from 8 to 12 weeks depending on fabrication and specific detailing on the product. Custom imports are FOB TX. A Purchase Order and a 50% deposit is required on all custom import orders. Preproduction sample fee of $1000 (A) may apply. Preproduction sample fees are credited towards final order if approved.

Imprinting Methods: (Min 36pcs)

  • Heat Transfer - one location one color

  • Screen Print - one location one color

  • Embroidery - one location one thread color up to 5500 stitches

  • Wooden Hang Tag - one color

Less Than Minimum - Add 25% of Merchandise Total

Rush Orders - Add 20% of Merchandise Total

  • Normal Production Time - 15 Business Days

  • Rush Production Time - 7-10 Business days

 Imprint Area  - Each product is different and requires a unique imprint area size, Call for details (Max Size 4"x6")

Setup Charges:

A one time setup fee per art file or location of $90.00 (A) will assessed on imprinted orders.

Production Time:

Standard production time for imprinted products is 10-15 days after approval of virtual sample or virtual stitchout. Once merchandise leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier. Custom import production time vary depending on fabrication and specifics detailing on product.

Artwork Requirements:

All files must be at least a min of 305 dpi at physical size of imprint. We can accept: tiff, eps, psd, or jpeg. Additional fee may apply of artwork requires retouching. For best quality results please provide best quality digital file. Camera ready artwork will incur additional scan fee of $30.00 (A).

Shipping Fees:

All efforts will be made to use the most economical shipping method. Standard shipping method is UPS Ground unless other wise indicated. Inside delivery, residential, redelivery, International, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico incur additional fees. We reserve the right to submit supplemental invoices after the original invoice has been issued. International freight and duty fees must be charged on your freight account.

Returns & Claims Policy:

Returned goods are not accepted without prior (RA) return authorization issued by our returns & claims department. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns resulting from customer error. All returns must be returned within 15 days of the authorization date. Return of decorated, embellished, or custom made products will not be accepted. Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt.

Stock Availability:

An extensive inventory of stock items is maintained. However, seasonal out of stock situations do occur. Please contact your sales representative for the most accurate in stock information.

Changes or Corrections:

Changes to an order already in process may be made depending on the status of the order. Additional costs may be incurred for such charges. Additional production time may be required. All changes to existing orders must be made in writing and confirmed via acknowledgment.

When submitting orders and artwork please note that you are representing that the use or display of artwork will not violate any applicable laws or client restrictions, and you hereby agree to defend and hold Sun N Sand Line and its officers, shareholders, employees and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages and costs, including attorney's fees and costs, in any infringement actions as a result of printing the artwork.
